Straightforward & Honest
How I Work With Broward County Homeowners
There is no complicated process here. I look at the property, have an honest conversation about what makes sense, and move forward if it is a good fit for both sides. Here is what that looks like.

Tell Me About the Property
Share the address, the situation, and anything you think is relevant — condition, complications, what you're hoping to do. No forms required. A call or a text works fine.
I am not running a sales funnel. I just need to understand what you have so I can give you an honest response.
I Look at It and Come Back to You
I will review the property, do my own research, and come back to you with a number that makes sense — and an explanation of how I got there. When possible, I like to see the property early so I can understand the condition before talking seriously about price.
If it is not a fit for what I do, I will tell you that directly instead of wasting your time.
You Decide If It Works
There is no deadline. If the offer makes sense for your situation, great. If you need time to think or want to compare options, I understand.
I work around your schedule. You pick the timeline that makes sense for you.
I Handle the Closing
If you decide to move forward, I take care of the paperwork and coordinate the closing. You show up, sign, and walk away with your proceeds.
No hidden fees. No last-minute changes. What I agreed on is what you get. Leave the house however it is — I take it from there.

Me vs. Traditional Sale

Transparency Matters
Why My Offers Are Below Retail — and Why That Is Honest
I would rather be upfront about this than let you find out later.
I are going to be direct: what I offer will typically be less than what you might get by listing publicly with a real estate agent and waiting for the right retail buyer. That is not something I hide.
What I buy are homes that need work — repairs, updates, cleanup, sometimes major renovation. I take on those costs and risks after closing. The price I pay reflects that. If your home is in great shape and you have time to list it, a traditional sale may serve you better, and I would tell you that honestly.
But when a property has complications, when repairs are not something you want to deal with, when time matters, or when you simply want a clean and private exit — that is where a direct sale makes sense. I take on the project. You move on with a clear plan.
No Agent Commissions
Nothing comes off the top
No Repair Requirements
Leave it exactly as-is
No Closing Costs
I cover them
I will walk you through the number I arrive at and explain my reasoning. If it does not work for you, there is no obligation to move forward. I would rather you make the right decision than the fast one.
